1meancuda If you don't mind my asking, what type of wheels are you looking at?

57Chevyman Thanks all. That 55 has the stance that I want my 57 4dr wagon to have. All I need now is about 2500-3000 for wheels, tires, and suspension

Roy Newton- exprotech I think Zach has this one down patt. I don't think you need to spend money for spindles. And I hope yours looks as good droped as the picture 1meancuda sent. ROY

1meancuda I think that you should be okay without having to use drop spindles.
Here's another car similar to yours (I hope) that is lowered with air shocks. He doesn't make any reference to drop spindles, so I'm thinking you won't need them.

Should I use drop spindles?

I am going to lower my 57 Chevy. I am planing to use air bag suspension from Air Ride Technologies for its superior ride and height flexability. I want to drive the car no more than 2-3" lower than stock but also drop the car all the way down when I park it at shows. Should I install drop spindles as well, or will I be Ok with the stockers?
