PairOf69's Check out http://www.turbomustangs.com/smf/ You need to convert or buy a blowthrough carb, seems like CSU seems to be the choice of carbs. Fabricate some headers beef up fuel system and some other odds and ins, I'll be doing a single turbo blowthrough set up on my 69 camaro in the near future.

my goal for HP in the 56 is 750 at the wheels, naturally aspirated or boosted, i dont really care, i just want 750 at the wheels and it will happen sometime down the road.....

1Fast65Elky I havent worked on anything turbo or supercharged so i dont know my but from a hole in the ground when it comes to it.

But from what i have read on previous articles (do a search on this site, youll find your answer) You dont use a normal carb, it has to be setup for a "blow-through" application.

DougGass87 i think this thread should stay....i too have been thinking about it....

what has to be done to a carbed vehicle to make the fuel keep up with the boost as it increases?

i know the carb has to be enclosed in a case so that the entire thing is pressurized and you dont blow the seals out of the carb, but other than that i have no clue.....

i would like to build a twin turbo BB for my 56, just to be different.....
