home brew Welcome to the site Thunder Road. Haven't seen that movie in years. Sounds like you have a great project for the future. Get the suspension and drivetrain done and drive and enjoy it. The pretty stuff and speed can come later as time and money permit. The important thing is to enjoy yourself. How about posting some pics so we can see what you are starting with. Good luck with your project.

Hello to All from a Streetrodder wannabe

Hi - I just purchased a 1941 ford business coupe from Wisconsin. It is a good solid unrestored original car that has been lucky to have had inside storage since the mid 60's. My plan is to street rod it and since I am in my early fifties I don't want this project to take too long. I also have a restored MG sports car and belong to a British car club in Saskatoon , Sask. Canada. The MG is certainly dwarfed by the coupe ! I look forward to contributing to this forum as well as seeking advice so off I go to do just that. Yours Sincerely,
Thunder Road
