After months and months of searching for stock seats for my 57 2dr. hrdtp,I finally found them.Made one trip to Santa Ana
for the front seats, and found the rear seat in Nort Carolina.
This guy was starting up as a distribuator like danchuks.
He had his wife package the back and bottom.and just before she called with the shipping charges,I was talking to a guy in Davis,Ca. about a steering wheel, and when he mentioned he had a lot of parts, and as fate has it he had a rear seat.I really felt bad when the phone rang 5 minutes later, and it was the lady from N.C. with the shipping charges.I sent them a check for $20.00 to cover their gas for the effort. You never know, they may have something I need later on down the road.
I try to treat people right,so I hope they understood.
Today I'm practicing painting.Hopefully next I'll get the engine and tranny in.I'm only building a driver, but I did a frame off.New complete floor with braces and new trunk pan with braces, rocker panels and powder coated the frame.Trying to do it right.
