kruzr Ditto on your height.Glad I'm only 5'4" I did my 32ford 3" chop, altered seat height2" and looked great, also did 38 dodge pickup 3inch,seems IMO that 3 or 4 inch is max. for good looks.Try a pic of it on your puter and use "paint"or program to "chop it" and see outcome......

pasadenahotrod Are you sure it is a 32 and not a 33-34 pickup??
The 32 has the removable firewall, oval instrument panel mounted on "cone" which bolts to firewall, dashboard has oval hole and fits over instrument panel. Frame has the "smile" pressed into the siderail, runningboards are rubber covered, not diamond pattern, radiator shell has stamped oval in front for Ford emblem and no insert, just stamped steel bars, frame has K-member not X-member, 32 wheelbase is 106, not 112 as 33-34.

willys36@aol.com Those trucks are pretty cramped as is so depends totally on your size. Sit in it now and put a 2X4 on edge above your head. If you don't have at least an inch and a half clearance, might want to keep it where it is. Can try to lower the seat but then you run into knee clearance problems. I would early love to chop my '36 Willys coupe but at 6'3" I already bump my head when I hit a pot hole.
