Haven't heard from Billy Shope in a while.

I see he is mentioned in the current issue of HotRod Magazine, April 2007, "The High and Mighty", p. 55.

The article is about the Chrysler guys who invented the name "RamChargers" and their club car the "Ram Rod", an altered wheelbase '49 Plymouth business coupe with a 354 Hemi that they built in late '58.

Some original pictures and the clone car.
Good story.
