I am taking the cab apart on my 50 chevy truck and have encountered some scews like in the door latch striker and other areas. it looks like it would take an hour glass shaped type bit. where do i get the bit for theese type screws?

I have the same screws all over my 55.5 Chevy truck. Instead of trying to find the proper "clutch head" bits at the auto store 5 minutes from my house, I took a phillips head tip from my screw gun pile and ground it down on the bench grinder to the right shape. Worked like a charm. And I probably saved a whole $0.05 by making it myself! :p

One thing's for sure; I'm NOT re-using those things!

Of course it depends on the "theme" of the truck. "Original", not on your life but I want mine to look like it was built in 1955, so the clutch heads will stay.
