dlc1979 You're correct, the output lines are the same size as the input lines.

I figured they worked, otherwise, why would they be available, just couldn't figure out how.

brake fittings

Hydraulics are very foregiving. Your lines to the thru frame fittings are most likely the same size as the lines out of the fittings. This cancels out any loss or gain in pressure due to the fittings. No problem! John

Thru Frame Fitting Question

I'm using thru frame fittings for the front brakes in my '67 Nova. After I got them installed, and brake lines plumbed, I started thinking (instead of thinking before I did all this).

The Inside Diameter of the thru frame fitting I purchased is a LOT bigger than the ID of the brake lines connected to them. Will this cause a problem with the front brakes?

I always thought that theory regarding the ID of the brakes lines were based on the smaller the better....
