If you are looking at building a mild street 327 i would recommend the dart pro 1's with the 180 cc intake runner.


If you are looking at building an all out, double throwdown 327 you need to give us all the details about what exactly you are doing... Just saying 327 will not get you a very good answer.We just arn't that good yet....at readings minds.

Rick WI A step down would be the 15 degree head, again, a full out dirt modified/sprint car head.

Street head wise, the Platnium series is a competitor to the AFR

The Little Chief is a BTW racing head, use it if the rules allow it, your budget can afford it, you're a competitive racer and need it.

Rick WI You are comparing apples and hand grenades with that Dart Head and the AFR. There is no step down from the Dart to the AFR just a cliff full of alternative valve angle 390CFM race heads.

Long story short, if the AFR 180 is in your price range, that's what you would be looking at for a very nice head for the money.
