i have a 30/31/36 oldsrolet. you can make anything fit.
the bench seat your chopping down is a waste of time "IMHO"
ive tried camaro seats, honda seats, even a ford areostar mid bench seat( like what your trying to accomplish in the later posts...)
i have found them to be UGLY as hell!
im a ugly person so i cant have my car lookin as bad as me
with that being said, i bought a couple of tall backed fiberglass race seats and chopped em down the way i thought would look good.
there perfect for holding your ***** in place while your sliding around a corner!
which is the funnest part in hotrodding ......again IMHO

You can not buy a better seat than from Tea's Designs, and they are great people. IMHO

Now that we are all in agreement I have a 31 chevy sport coupe smae size as the 32. I am also looking for a bench seat that will fit my car. I'm open to any suggestions that will fit. I can always change the fabric and I can make floor mounts for the seat.

The first car I built was a 32 ford p/u, We chopped and channeled it so much there was no head room for seats at all,we used life preserver boat seats and they were pretty cool. A definite topic of discussion every time someone checked it out,and we were proud of the mistake at the time. So if you like them and they fit, thats all that matters.I just put 02 impalia seats in my 48 ply they have heaters airbags lumbar up and down, everything I want in a seat. I'm getting older and want what I want,I'm building it for me anyways so who cares?

Well to bring some closure to this post. I found a seat. I found a free van seat from a boxvan and shortened it.

|DanTwoLakes||Thanks, Milo. Yes, I guess you did. I didn't know if you were supporting his statement or not. Now that I know you weren't supporting him I understand your comment.|

|milo||I added something.|

|DanTwoLakes||Would it be presumptuous of me to inquire why you felt the need to dredge this up after 3 months, and then not add anything to the thread?|

|DanTwoLakes||Thank you, Vince and Jerry. Well said. Maybe I should have massaged his ego a little better than I did originally......... I guess it's impossible to be polite enough for some people.|

The car in my avatar was chopped 3", channeled 4" and shortened about 10".
I used buckets out of a Subaru for a while. After that I got a pair of racing seats on E-bay. I cut them down and rebuilt them.
Both sets fit without being modified.
I would think Camaro seats would fit just fine. Take a few measurements just to be sure.
Good Luck !

|Cape Cod Bob||Not sure the inside width of the car in ? , but for my 31 chevy I found some decent buckets out of a Hyundia (yuck) that were narrow enough, Just barely. I had to angle them just slightly so they will slide forward for access to the back seat. Not sure what year Hyundia , but I liked them because they were NOT hi back seats. They have a nice small head rest. For the rear seat I used the 3rd seat out of a plymouth mini van that was also NOT hiback and had similar headrests. That needed some welding and modification and fits like a glove and folds down.|

|31chevy||The 32 is not channeled nor chor chopped. I am pretty sure that i will not be able to run bench seats so im trying to figure out some idea as to what bucket seats people are putting in there early rods.|

I agree with DanTwoLakes.
There"s too much of this type of crap going on around here.
If you want a pissing match then try looking somewhere else.
The man didn't ask for your opinion. He just asked if they would fit.
You guys should have asked if the car is chopped or channeled and then answered the question.
