For starters, be sure the MC push rod is adjusted correctly, and that the pedal is FULLY returning all the way out when at rest.

JEREMY067390 deffinitly not normal. did you change the proportioning valve? drum prop valves have residual pressure valves built into them. still doesnt explain the rear though. did you do anything to the rear? shoes ect? those have an adjustment, should drag an *** hair thats all.

disc brake conversion

I just finish a front disc brake conversion. I am bleeding the wheels and all four wheels are now locked up?? Is this normal and what should I do now?? :
