rear disc s

I think some rear disc's from front drive caddy. buicks are an easy swap and they have e brakes I pulled some a while back when my buddy was crushing cars. I think on some gm axles you have to turn down the shaft so the rotor will fit on and use longer studs.

ericnova72 You could try Speedway Motors, they have some low cost kits.

I think you are going to have a problem finding a kit that doesn't move the wheels out farther because of the thickness of the rotor where it fits over the studs on the axle, no way to make this as thin as the drum brake is at that particular spot, but if you had a 1/4" to work with you might find some to fit that have a steel drive "hat" with a seperate rotor that bolts to the hat.

Check for low cost circle track kits too, but these won't have the E-brake provision.

69 Camaro Rear Disc Brake kit??

Hello, Can anyone give me some good advice on Putting a Rear Disc Brake Kit on my Camaro. Currenly I have Drums on the back and factory Discs on the front. I would rather not spend the money on Wilwood because I do not race this car and don't need that High Tech of Brake, however I want something that will still look good at a reasonable price. I Would like the Drilled Rotors becasue you can see them due to the wheels I have and want them to look good.

I currently have 17" American Racing Torque Thrust 11 wheels on the back and they set perfectly. I need a kit that will directly replace the drums without spacing the wheels any differently. The backspacing on these wheels took 4 sets to get them to fit perfectly.

Anything you recommend?

Thanks a bunch in advance

Ben
