Thank you for your answers. Here is an update.
To make a bubble flare by using a double flare tool plus deleting the last operation is not cutting corners. Actually it say so in the users manual for my inverted flare tool. I discovered it when I read it once more.
The kit car / hot rod guys using Jaguar rear axles do it all the time, because the Jaguar rear brake calipers uses this flare type.
But buying hardlines with bubble flare in one end, cut the line to correct length and then make the last bubble flare myself is also a good idea, of course.

|matt167||you could buy bubble flare adaptor lines.. any auto parts store can get them, and there a few incles long.. 1 end is bubble, the other is flare. just couple them with your standard flare lines and you have brakes just as safe as any|

|Panelman55||You should never try to cut corners on brakes!!! You can get the tool from HF, Sears, Snap-on etc. You pick which one you like best.|

Bubble flaring tool?
I already have a good, metric 45 degree flaring tool, but the Jaguar rear calipers need bubble flare brake lines.
I've heard that many make a kind of bubble flare by just performing the first of the two flaring operations on the 45 degree flaring tool and use the result of this as a bubble flare.
But to make this 100% (as brakes should be!) I might need a speciual bubble flare tool?
