matt167 well. I was trying to figure out my P-30 ( Chevy Delivery van ) gauge cluster and I kept hearing ratteling inside the cluster and eventully the glass was loose.. pulled it apart to find what was left of the rubber/ plastic bumpers that held the glass tight... fix was quite easy.. I replaced the plastic bumpers with clear silicone caulk, let it set up for an hour and then put it back togther.. rattle free now

1st pic is the reminants of the bumpers

If I can figure the wiring out, the cluster will be used in the Rat.

matt167 the bed will be just a basic open top rectangle. probably a little wider than the frame.. it will house the battery and the gas tank, which will be a converted air tank

matt167 rear cab wall in place.. I did close up the rear window opening a little

lower cowl panels and roof in place

up on the saw horses getting ready to channel it 6"

6" channel complete

matt167 added rear window framing..

cowl tacked in place ( hand formed )

all the way in.. it didn't go in straight so the rear filler was added

top filler in place

matt167 cut out the firewall..

removed 6" from the bottom and welded on bottom rail.. 1st welds my new welder welded..

bolted it on ( drilled and tapped frame )

built the lower body framework ( no pics ) and the front window framework

some pics got lost so.. skip ahead and the location has changed to my grandparents garage as it's easier to work around and they suggested it.
