My story is the same as yours. The Bay Area is home but, moved here in 2008. Was into dune buggies (East Bay Hi-Tailers) had my own AutoBody shop in Hayward and now, building my own '32 style Rodster, aluminum body and, working on my '47 Ford pickup. You're about 1.5 hours from us. Maybe we can talk shop sometime. Here's my website.. http://jimmuzzy.com/

New Guy From Missouri
I'm a new guy here, so thought I should introduce myself. I grew up in Modesto CA (hot rod capitol of CA), graduated from Downey High in 1964. Biggest influence for me Gene Winfield and Bill Hines. I've been around a while. I retired in 2001 and we decided to move to Missouri in 2003, a good place to build hot rods and customs. I am building a new shop this summer (a life long dream) and I have four projects, 1950 Mercury, 1957 Chevy PU, 1953 Chevy PU for my daughter and a 34 Ford coupe fiberglass car that I bought in 1993 and never got to finished. As I promoted over the years there was a lot lot more work to do than fun. Now that I'm retired I plan on catching up. I've already found some valuable info here for my current projects and I hope I can provide a few good tips now and then too... hope to see you around.
