sqzbox
pic's

73 LeMans SC 350. replaced the 350 a year later with a 455.
69 GP 400/400auto 650 Holley spread bore and hotter coil, that's all it needed
along with a B&M kit, it screamed.

Took a still shot with my web cam of these photo's and saved to folder.
Not bad for 10 min work huh?

He's going back to Afgan. again next month. Going to feed him good off the grill tonight. I'll get back probably tomorrow. Later gator!

sqzbox They have blak too but it's all about chrome on pontiac's, especialy on a Catalina. My first pontiac was a 65 catalina 2+2 and it was Bad A**. Also a 73 455 cat. 69 GP and a 73 LeMans SC.
I'm starting to feel sick down below. Need to quit talking about them!!

rtyauch301 those would look good might get the gray set and paint the center though instead of chrome

sqzbox the 16" rims combined with the low pro tires should keep your speedo pretty close to correct. The 245's will still have a good sidewall without looking to short. Most 3rd gen camaro's a f-birds have that tire size on them. If you go used, look at the GP GT's that have them. They should be a direct swap I believe.

sqzbox How about 245/50/16's with american racing torque thrust 16x81/2.
(crager SS look-a-likes)? Check them out on their web site or google american racing torque thrust. Those tires should tame that big ride!
07-23-2010 01:16 PM
rtyauch301 i am gonna get some chrome not that big though and i dont know what style yet i think im going to go up to a 16 in size just cause 16" tires are more common and cheaper now
07-23-2010 01:13 PM
sqzbox All green would give it that custom look. Just don't put those 22in. wheels on there, please!
07-23-2010 01:09 PM
rtyauch301 d**n right it is still debating on going back 2 tone like it was originally with a metallic white on the roof and the rest green or all that green

07-23-2010 01:03 PM
sqzbox I forgot, the 69's had vertical grill insert's. that's a bad a** color green!
