The 305 Heads are 58cc, 350 TBI Heads are 64cc Chamber. This will increase your compression ratio about .5 or 1/2 a point. May or may not require higher octane fuel. I'm not sure how the TBI computers respond to more Cr, someone will know.
i have done this previously, i put 305 h.o. heads on a l98 engine to raise compression and it backfired. my compression ratio was ridiculously high causing pinging and the engine was sucking at higher rpm's. i would get smaller chambered 350 heads.
The SSMonte HO305 Heads also have smaller Intake valves @1.84"
