I rebuilt my 4L60E in my 1994 Chevy S10 along with buying a remanufactured OEM torque converter. The torque converter is locked up. I bought a new lock up solenoid and it still will not release. I pulled the fuse and that doesn't help. I got it to roll in gear and as long as I don't come to a complete stop it shifts good and will also go into reverse on a roll. Anybody have any ideas on what I can do next to solve this problem?

I TOOK THE PAN OFF AND RECHECKED THE VALVES AND NONE SEEM TO BE STUCK. iF i HAD DAMAGED ONE OF THE OIL SEALS ON THE SHAFT SEATING THE PUMP DOWN, COULD THAT BE CAUSING THE LOCK UP? i REMEMBER THE PUMP NOT SEATING AND USED A MALLET TO TAP IT DOWN. ANY POINTERS WOULD BE APPRECIATED. THANK YOU.
