lol! Well then let's keep it going Troy!

In this photo the paint is dull as it's still required to be buffed out.

However, when they rolled the car outside the shop and into the driveway, they were buffing out the paint in the sunlight & attempted to walk back into the shop. As a result, they were blinded by the change in sunlight to dark workshop!

End result they had to wait a few minutes prior to going back into shop.

That's Miguel M., the owner of the new shop where we're at. In this photo, he's measuring/installing/drilling the new chromed out running board rails. You might remember him earlier in the thread quite a few pages ago. His attention to the most granular of details is why we went with him when he decided to open his own shop.

Cheers,

Jay K.

ps. The Good Guys always win. They just don't talk about it.

35terraplane Now I don't know if all the cars under the banner that these cars were built. I have a CMC builder or maker on mine. The front k-member is too wide and you can not get the fender down over the tire unless you
1. have a big wheel offset, run into problems turn steering wheel lock to lock.

2. widen front fenders 2", which I did, and added shorter control arms by 5/8".

I don't know if all the cars were like that or not, But I have seen veryfew were the fender went down over the wheel, I think if they did they have done some work to get them down in front, which I did to make it look good. JMO.

Hey Bob, that was point I was trying to make. I guess I didn't do a very good job. Also there isn't enough rim/tire to fill up the well better...... A taller tire would help..... Or lower the front. It just looks wonky...

35terraplane It's only bad because of the $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$.

35terraplane Troy The front wheels were not centered in the fender very well, sat to far back. those wheels polished look pretty good but not my first choice. I'm not getting my wheels until the last thing. I jump around too much to pick them now, I could change my mind three times between now and then, and I would have three sets of wheels.

JGK95 Hi Bob, Troy & Randy,

Thank you Gents!!

Bob, it'll be great to finally see you behind the wheel!

Troy, I Agree! those are American Racing Torque Thrust D's. A very boring wheel.

Thank you Randy!!
