AntnyL Considering the costs to rebuild the OE mustang suspension ,and upgrade the brakes, you'll be very close in cost to a new hub to hub kit. Also, an OE Mustang front end was designed for a lightweight Mustang, not a heavier truck.

39 chevy mustang II ifs fitment question

Hello everyone new here but will become old here in time.

Just started a 39 chevy street truck build. I immediately began looking for a mustang ifs setup, and my friends father has one, now my question is, i kept finding the heidts ifs setups and the aftermarket mustang II "style" ifs setups, and at 2000ish for a kit i need to find another way.

as anything is possible, can the real deal ifs from an old mustang install as easily as an aftermarket setup? or is there more rigging that must be done?

TIA and because nobody like a FNG that dont post pics, here are a few of the truck, in progress.
