It's your floor. Funny thing is I got the photo googling just a random car, a 72 Valiant, and they were the same. Isn't that wild that those covers were used so many years on so many models? Today, that just wouldn't happen, hell, they have five different wheel covers on EACH model EACH year, and that's not including the five different alloy wheels! Geeez
