The bushings will come out pretty easily once the steel inner sleeve is removed. I've been able to push them in and out by hand once that sleeve is removed. in some cases a flathead screwdriver can be used to pry them out. Just be careful and they will be reusable.
Energy Suspension makes specific lube for poly bushings. I would suggest sticking with them as some others will tend to deteriorate the material.
DO NOT use threadlocker on the ball joints, you want to use anti-seize instead

Some Mustang 2 final assembly questions
I have everything taken apart from my suspension so I can do the prep and paint for final assembly. Is it easy to take apart the heidts tubular control arms? I would like to sand blast them so I want to take the ball joints out and all the rubber bushings but I dont want to wreck the rubber bushings! When installing them what should I coat the rubbers with so that the front end does not squeak? I was thinking maybe white lithium grease or something. Also should lock tight be pplied to screw in ball joints? My brother says he had some that always backed out no matter how tight he made them. Thanks for the suggestions!
