Moose2 Thanks Cobalt. I'll contact Bob and ask him what he can do. The "S" bend needs to be outboard from the line of the shaft from the sector box that mates with the pitman. Thanks for helping!!

cobalt327 Don't know what axis the "s" bend has to be in, but here's some arms to look at.

Don't know if he's still in business, but you can try calling Bob @ at his shop, 530-626-9451. He used to fab custom arms.

Pitman Arm Fabrication

My daddy told me I'm not near smart enough to try to heat/bend/modify/splice a pitman arm and get away with it. I believe him. My 1962 Ford F100 sector box fits my hotrod just fine but the pitman arm needs an "S" bend to clear a spring shackle. Where can I go to either have a custom pitman arm made or have my OEM pitman modified? I've tried a couple of the off-road 4X4 suspension shops but they can't help me. Any ideas??
