I did get a rad from walker, better but still runs hot, new rad, new water pump, 160 and 185 thermostat, new cooling fan 3300 cfm fan is installed as a puller , check timing,8 degrees, new plugs, ign wires ,cap rotor converted to HEI. most was done before I knew I had an over heat problem, I am replaceing the EGR valve it is leaking.chevy 350 1973 engine. was at 240 while driving now down to 200 and I do not have air conditioning yet. I am also using the temp gauge on the dash and a hand held temp gun.

street beast Radiator help

I need some info and or pictures if you can help, 1934 ford 3 window coupe, overheating. My radiator is 16 inch by 16 inch that is core only the tanks make it a little bigger, I see I should have a radiator 27 tall, it must slant back or it would hit the rack and pinion steering.

35terraplane My car didn't have a lower cover it was like a stock car. That must have been something that they came out with later.

back up light

I added a back up light to my car, it is LED and does not stand out ,almost do not even know it is there until you back up, but works great.

Here's my 3 point, it's really mounted too low. There is a plastic arm on the back of the seats that the strap needs to go around to make the strap lay properly across my chest. You can sorta see on the passenger seat. However, in a fender bender the strap will break free from the arm. I also noticed the seat backs don't lock in the up position which isn't good either. Not sure what's going on there.......

no bolts right now it just sits there give it a little push up and see if it moves , if not look for screws.

Huh. I'll have to give it a try once we warm up a little. Talking "another" big snowstorm Thu/Fri. Don't want to turn on the heat in the garage given the price of propane lately.

MY dash is not bolted down on the top, just lift it up and you are ready to work, I will have to make it mount some how but this is how it came. The bottom is bolted and also has the steering column attched, would be a job to get out.

That's odd, because I believe they have a release lever......

I'm pretty sure the screws under the glovebox opening go through the lower edge of the upper dash. Yeah, the seats that SB put in these cars are cheapies. Mine are the same, they don't lock upright. Maybe someday I'll get some decent black seats for it.
