Did GM change Wire colors in the column? Thats where i am having problems figuring out what year this is. Actually my Question should be is what year turn signal switch can i put in my column?

pepi Looks like an early GM 50s, here is a place to start looking. Typically they change part designs every ten years back then.

Chevy Turn Signal Switch

I need help determining what year my Chevy steering column is so i can by a new Turn signal switch. The steering column is tilt and has no key on the side of the column. Any help would be great.
