chassis dyno hp to engine hp

is there a way to work out the approximate engine horsepower from the reading on a chassis dyno,,,just had mine on the chassis dyno and would like to know what the motor is making.. th400 full manual with brake,, 3800 neal chance converter, 9 inch with locker.. made 423 at the wheels at 7100 peak,,375 hp at 4500,, 436 torque at 4600rpm.. is it possible to know the power at flywheel
