. Suspiciously, when Jaguar brought out a V12 for XKE's in early 1970's, it had the same peculiar oversquare 3.5" bore and 2.8" stroke as Buick 215" V8... their previous designs were well undersquare small bore, long stroke...

. Not a V8, but the Pontiac Solstice / Saturn Sky sports car with EcoTec DOHC 4 was also sold overseas as Opel GT and Daewoo G2X sports cars...

bubba1955 BuzzLOL just gave me an idea for a question. How many foreign cars can you name that came from the factory with Americans V8's ? I can think of four but there's probably more.
