AR_Racing_627 its a figure 8 car so i have lots of steal welded in it including a 12" by 5 1/2' I beam for a rear bumper, so she weighs in.
I'm running the 3.08 gears for lower rpm's i had the 3.73's in it and she wrapped out way to quick.

FmrStrtracer If its a dirt car, isnt it stripped down? 4300lbs seems heavy if its stripped.

Valkyrie5.7 Right now I'd do something about that rear end ratio before I stepped up to more stall and cam. 3.55 or 3.73s would make it pull like a freight train in comparison. You're going to need more gear if you want to step up the cam and stall anyways, especially in a big heavy monte carlo.

Btw, nice guess CRD.

AR_Racing_627 alright thanks, i know it pulls pretty good but was unsure of what i really had, i was thinking about going with a little more cam and 2500 stall converter

Estimated HP and Torque sbc 355, please

Hello, big fan of the site and its educated users. I am wondering if someone would like to run my setup on an engine calculator in order for me to select a few more parts for my car. If so I will post the details of the engine and drive terrain, if not then i wont, lol, i will check back shortly for replies, again thank you.
