|chevyelc81||4 jaw chuck....I would never leave an insulting reply to anyone I don't know! Shaggonwagon happens to be one of my best friends in real life, we always fool around like that with eachother, there was no offense taken to my remark. Sorry you misunderstood but I understand where your coming from...Thanx|

You'll need a carbide drill as the pin is hardened, would be easier to change the column because the carbide drill and a used column is about the same price.
BTW Chev el Camino, insulting people on the forum for posting a question is not only wrong but will get you banned. You might want to reconsider how you phrase your answers, not everyone is as smart as you?! DUH.

ignition switch on crown vic
just got an 85 crown vic it had no key so we tried popping the ignition because i have another one we couldnt do that and we ended up almost smashing the ignition to pieces
now i know the little pin on the bottom is how to take it out but on this model you need to turn the key before you can push that pin in
now if you cant turn the ley how do you get that ignition out or how do you pop that ignition
I CANT SEEM TO DO IT NO MATTER WHAT I DO AND THE HAMMER DIDNT HELP!!!! LOL
