Forenza shop service manal...

I was specifically interested in the procedure for timing belt replacement since it is an interference type engine. I was also interested in details regarding the proper coolant. There are no warning stickers but the car appears to have dex cool coolant.

The vehicle has 71,000 miles which is over the 60,000 recommended for a belt change and the coolant is close to the orange color of dex cool. I have had one car with dex cool with no adverse consequences but have read all the horror stories about dex cool.

I did see that the aluminum water pump information recommended use of dex cool but other things I have read claim that a multiple wash of the dex cool out of a motor with several refills of pure water followed by use of regular green Prestone is a good move as long as you keep that procedure up every 30,000 miles thereafter vs the 150,000 for dex cool.

Otherwise I was interested in having the general car information available since I expect to drive this car until it is dead...one way or the other.

2007 Forenza factory service manual

Thanks for mentioning ebay. I did not find anything available for the 2007 Forenza.

I did find that AlldataDYI.com offered a 5 years subscription to an online manual for $50 which seemed reasonable by comparison to anything else I have so far seen. Does anyone know of any online deals better than Alldata?

I also wonder if anyone has any complaints about the clarity of Alldata material. I have found that online downloads totally blew away hard copy material in terms of searching topics and finding material faster since I wore out my index on other hard copies just trying to find things.

jsaw Maybe you can find a garage that subscribes to service information such as Alldata, or Mitchel on Demand, They might print off the info you need.

Shop Service Manual...2007 Forenza

I am looking for any sites or sources which may provide downloads or CD's of a Service Repair Manual for a 2007 Suzuki Forenza 2.0L car. Any tips or suggestions on less than full price manuals would be of interest. Used material in reasonable condition is also welcome.

I did find one site with a respectable $9.99 download for a 2001 Nissan Altima which was far better than a hard copy however the year of that particular vehicle may have made that download available since it was an older year model. That site did not carry the 2007 Suzuki Forenza manual.

The hard copy book for the Forenza runs over $200...YIKES!
