AutoGear back in the late 80s, wasnt there a 'novette' 60s nova with c4 vette suspension front and rear grafted under it with the almighty 350TPI L98 and 700r4? I think the amazing and oft-forgotten Lil John Buttera had a hand in it. By the way, the 700 is the only late 80s trans suitable from the vette. The getrag stickshift or the god awful nash 4+3 are NOT suitable. A T5 world class might be if you were polite to it

86 conjoin 55

does anyone know if a rear end of a 86 vette would fit in a 55 belair??? doesnt matter if i have to cut anything just wanna know if its possible or if anyone has done it. my consern is the 86 has rear indapendent suspension.
