AutoGear odd angle and such, but it looks like an old GM pick up seat ca. 1978 or so?

DanTwoLakes Another possibility is that it's out of a pickup truck. That would make the seat back release being on the side make more sense.

1ownerT All of the 70's A-bodys I have had, the seat back release was on the seat back, not the side. I do agree it appears to be GM.

DanTwoLakes It could be out of any of the 70's GM "A" body cars, Chevelle, Cutlass, Century, El Camino, or LeMans.

chevroletman223 thats what i was thinking, the style of the upholstery almost looks like a 72 chevelle.... its just that chrome knob being on the side of the seat that throws me off, ive never seen it. Thanks for your response, and all others are welcome! its at the local recycling center, if i can figure out what it goes to ill save it, rather than see it destroyed

DanTwoLakes Hard to tell from the picture, but because of the headrests it is a 70's seat, probably GM.
