Tom BONDO look for bondo,these cars have been around for a while.check and decode the VIN tag,find out just what your looking at.check for mouse ears,see how much stuff mickey has done to it.step back and look at what you might buy,remember there are nice girls and there are gutter sluts.As for first gen I like 68 the best, a small block and muncie 4 spd would do it for me.A lot of the people selling these cars think they are selling the golden gate bridge,watch out for over pricing,sometimes you don't get what you pay for.I've looked at many firsts and truely nice ones are hard to find.a good rule to follow is...basket cases are better than hatchet jobs because hatchet jobs usually have to be put in the basket before you start on them.You can buy a nice one in top shape,worth the money for about the same price as a new car with options.Basically "LOOK AT WHAT YOU MIGHT BUY" nobody wants to refund your money without a fight

78 monte I like the way the parking lights look on the 67.This is my favorite looking 1st gen camaro.
As far as performance the 69 Z28.

i would jsut like to know what some of you that like the first generation camaro would recomend for a first time buyer of these cars, i don't want you to tell me stuff about "well its up to you about waht kind you like" i want you tell me stuff you like and what you recomend and what to look for when buying these cars
