You do some very nice work, and that always takes longer than you think it should.
Are you using the solid panel, not the one with the cut outs, now that you made the strips?

made up these two strips which i bonded with seam sealer to the underside of the grill drilled and tapped them so there is no fiddleing about with nuts and bolts now;

did some work to the rad panel.in primer so far .what is the normal gap between the grill and the hinge mine is about 5/16 with no shims at the moment

The taller front tires probably won't get here and mounted, until the end of next week.

I am pretty happy with what I ended up with, the new tires are tall enough that it doesnt look too ridiculous.
