I think you mean Vortec heads 12558062 as there aren't any 12558060 heads.
With the small cam you have likely around 275 horses and 340 ft lbs of torque
You could, but you go to big, sure. You get big horsepower but at a cost of lousy low end throttle response drive ability issues. Before you know it, you will need big rear end gears. Etc, Etc $$$$$$$$$$

Watch out for those Vortec heads if you go any higher lift! Make sure you have your machinist check retainer to seal clearance if you go with a bigger cam. I have a similar setup but am using the Comp xe4262x 4X4 cam. Just finished putting it together and have not run it yet. You may want a slightly larger carb too if you go with a bigger cam. Not saying mine is the perfect setup. I have the 906 Vortecs, flat tops w/4 valve reliefs so its 9.7:1 per my machinist with the gasket I used and am running a mechanical secondary 650 Holley. 300+ HP expected
Is your block a roller cam block, or a flat tappet block? Just making sure your Vortec heads are on an older flat tappet block, or that you're not running a flat tappet cam with roller lifters.
204/214 is relatively tame, but those heads are nice flowing factory heads. I'd put the power in the 285-295 range. FWIW, stock LT1's ran similar lift with less exhaust duration and made 275-300 (F and Y car), but on roller cams.
If you want a good street motor, I wouldn't go much over the low 220's duration. As noted before, watch your valve lift with Vortec heads. You can go larger on lift if you put LS beehive springs with the right retainers and locks. It's a $150 mod that will get you up to 0.525-0.550" lift safely.
That ES1014R camshaft closes the intake at 19 degrees ABDC and will result in a dynamic compression ratio of 9.54:1 if you truly do have a static compression ratio of 10.10:1. You'll have to run it on race gas or alcohol to keep it from detonating.
I'm going to list two cams, although there are dozens that would work for you.
Isky 270/280 MEGA Hydraulic, part no. 201271/281-12. Good all-around performance, GOOD IDLE and vacuum. 3.70-4.11 rear axle ratio advised. 9.50-10.50 static compression ratio advised. Computer compatible with stage 1 or stage 2 chip. Stock converter. 2200-6500 effective rpm range. 0.465"/0.485" valve lift, 221/232 duration @0.050". 112 lobe separation angle.
Isky 270 MEGA hydraulic, part no. 201271. Excellent mid-range performance. FAIR IDLE, stock converter. 9.00-10.50 static compression ratio advised. 3.70-4.11 rear axle ratio advised. Up to 650 CFM carb. 2000-6200 effective rpm range. 0.465"/0.465" valve lift, 221/221 duration @0.050". 108 lobe separation angle.
