HCRCnow The company that manufactured this jack is SFA. The release valve for your unit is not available. They do have a complete hydraulic unit. If you are interested, contact me.

S10xGN If it's the same (junk) jack I had, there's no rebuild parts for it, only a complete cylinder assembly.

DougMN There is no diagram, and I can't figure out how remove the shaft that operates the up down valve.

Irelands child Craftsman jacks are really starting to get a name as junk - mine went to the dump a while back - it went up, then often came back down - and at the worst possible time with no help from me.

If it's out of warranty, I agree, it will probably cost more to fix then it's worth

327NUT A couple of things, did you take the jack apart to try and diagnose the problem yourself?....did you look at the owners manual for trouble shooting?....did you google "craftsman 950239" and read the PDF comments on the jack, the parts catagory and diagram?

Once you figure out what's wrong with it you can purchase the correct parts to fix it. The problem is sometimes the parts and or parts AND labor to fix it costs more than a new Arcan jack at Costco.

craftsman jack

My son has a craftsman 950239 aluminum jack. The shaft that opens and closes the valve just spins it will not close the valve. Is there a fix for this, thanks
