steve392 Roger,
You may want to look at these:

http://www.tireskate.com/index.php

They make a very nice set of "skates" in various sizes and weight capacities. The casters are what make the difference. Ball bearings for the axle, not just the swivel. The website has a lot of info. Prices are reasonable for the quality of product.

I think the 12" wide dolly would do it.
I just looked up specs for the tires for a C6.
Even the optional larger size rear (325/30ZR19) has a tread width of 11.4".

THESE look good.
Yep those are the one's i have they work fine or have for me. like anything else rolling around on the floor keep it clean it will roll just fine.

Looks like the HF might be kind of cheaply made.

I would want them to be wide enough to handle the tire width of a C6 Corvette. So I want them to handle probably a 12" wide tire.

What do you all suggest?

Thanks.
I got a set from summit to move my camaro around the shop, It i have the 12x16 they also have some 16x16 that should work i haven't had my dolly's under my C5 but i do have 255X60X15s on the rear of my camaro but the 16x16 probably would be the best for your C6 IMHO.
