cobalt327 One inch drop is in the "cut a quarter coil at a time till you get it right" category (more or less, depending on the weight on the spring and the spring rate), IMHO.

dropped spindles

I have a 1937 ford coupe and the nose of the grille can only come down 1" from where it is now without being too low and hitting speed bumps, etc. 1" would get me to where I want to be.

dropped spindles

I have checked, speedway, summit, bob drake, tci, and they only carry 2" or 4" dropped spindles. Maybe they don't make 1" dropped spindles anymore, but I know I have seen them advertised in the past, but can't remember who the vendor was. Any help is appreciated.
