Ok let's tame it down, MACDONALDS DRIVE THROUGH WHILE COLLECTING YOUR ORDER

Duke

Are you sure that's your car John? The paint looks a different colour, maybe it's just the lighting. LOL . Ok I believe you, your efforts to keep the thread alive are to be commended!.....let's just keep this show on the road.

Screw the cop car then,

No. I did not think for one minute that this dog was going to hunt. Unless I can come up with a real hwy patrol car I will have no need.

Ok.. John, your car looks super cool, no matter where it's parked. Good try at the Sonic, but yeah, you have to draw the line, I understand.
It's my challenge, so I'm guessing that its my conditions?
I call to keep the challenge open with the cop car at this stage, can't be that damn hard, surely! I think ,IMHO , that the tread needs more exposure!
Must be some mad bastards out there that can come up to the plate!
Tell ya what! If no body got the guts to do it, I'll do it! Sure, it ain't easy,, and if y'all want to down grade to the McDonald drive through, let's know...

Too Many Projects There's a HP division HQ near me but I'm still waiting for Spring. Soon, I'll give up on that and hope for Summer.

We are rebuilding 2 County squad cars at work that were smashed bad but they don't count and I STILL can't drive my car there either.

Engine is a '73 350 4 bolt block. Mild build ~350 hp~ Still has a powerglide trans although it isn't the original. It DOES retain the original 12 bolt axle with 3.31 gears but not a posi. Long range goal is a 5 speed trans but I keep buying more cars instead of investing the money in the ones I already have I had a 200r4 built for my '38 and the TH 350 in that will go in the Camaro for now.

And your car proves that at that point any of those designs would be perfect as your car is just as nice as the Camaro we ended up with on our streets. Those are very cool cars!

Yeah there's a lot of similarities between AUS and USA muscle cars of that era. Be it chev or ford or Chrysler ....very interesting , I might write a thesis LOL! (If that the right word, ha ha).... I must admit, I'm living in the past - stuck in the seventies!
