cobalt327 Yeah, Mortec is even gone from the wayback archives the last time I looked.

I found the OP's suffix at my "go-to" site: SBC suffix codes from chevymania.com, under Suffix codes.

Cobalt, where did you find that? I'm pretty much down to NastyZ28's site, MORTEC seems to have folded again.

TPA: Truck suffix codes aren't all on all databases. If you have any more ID questions you can look here for more help.

68NovaSS I don't find TPA on my reference sites either, TRA is the closest. What are the casting numbers on the bell housing extension, drivers side?

Need help with Chevy Block Code

I recently got a 350 from a buddy of mine but I don't know what year the block is. The code on the block is K1216TPA. I've looked on all the websites with codes and none of them have TPA. And I've checked and re-checked and it is a "P", So I would really appreciate it if someone could help me. Thanks.
