I'm using a backlit modern OEM speedometer in my project.
I want to mount a round bezel with glass in front of the speedometer for a look typical of many cars in the 30's to 50's.
My concern is that the backlit indicators might reflect off the domed glass in vintage 30's to 50's cars and create at double, or distorted image.
1) Does anyone know if vintage domed glass will work in front of this type of backlit gauge.
2) Would a flat glass be better or worse?
Thanks
