trying to find out what this cam is

I bought a short block 383 and wanted to know what it all has in it and can not find info on this cam and even if it's any good for what i want it for....The part # cpc..bc....13...049 if anyone has one any info would be great what I'm trying to do is build this motor for street -----strip going into a 78 buick regal about 3300 pounds car so is a good cam or a gunk and and by a new one thanks guys and gals.....
