speedway parts

I have read that you can use the adaptor sleeves for putting 40's drum brakes on a model A to use the common swapped disc rotors on the A spindles, Ford F1, 48 to about 53, spindles are also supposed to be able to be used on an A axle, I have a stock A axle spare for my roadster, F1 spindles, and 40's spindles with 65 mustang K H 4 piston discs, 46 lincoln front end in the parts rack. The A presently has 40's drum brakes., axle.
