John long Went to the cleveland cruise in Saturday and bought a spare S-10 5 speed for the roadster. Just could not pass it up for 150.00.

Brought the Bel Air body back into the shop today and parked the pick up in the garage for the first time in a while. Glad to have it back in where it belongs.

We looked at Mission Bay for a winter get-away with the trailer but holy cow the prices !! We decided to jump in the silver tube and go to St Thomas instead...

Last weekend we went to Hamilton MO for a big quilt event for my wife's birthday. She was in heaven with all the activities and stores. On Saturday, I dropped her off around 8:30 am and went down to KC for the Midwest Chevelle Show. WOW, 150 Chevelles in one place.

Link to pics...they got scrambled during the upload somehow, so pics of the same cars jump around...

Hope the weather is nice for your visit. Just wash the rig good when you get back. My 3 yr old Retro came from SC and all the exterior steel fasteners are rusty from the salt air. .

What are the red and yellow buttons for?

Here in Calif we use to call your steering wheel accessory a Brodie Knob. What do you call it?

In the northern lower peninsula of Michigan that steering wheel accessory was known as a "necker's knob".
