Too cool! Can you imagine the time and effort the teacher put in to this? Look at the little dude on the right wearing the cool hat. Very cool video, these kids should be proud!

tech69 This is a great song considering what she went thru with haters. Kayne West once grabbed her grammy out of her hands before she could give an acceptance speech and declared that Beyonce should have won the award. The hip hop crowd wasn't really offended by it by saying things like, "Kayne was right", "Taylor Swift sucks". It's not really the point. The point was, she was 15 years old and here's a bitter 30 year old man trying to steal her shine. She was totally classy about the whole situation too, to this day even. This video has been called "racist" by the same crowd who idly sat by while a 30 year old man snatched an award out of the hands of a 15 year old girl. To me, this video is a way to address her haters and to say she doesn't really fit a style or genre and is actually poking fun at herself. She's a pop singer but this song is way more catchy than any Beyonce song I've heard. Klowne West actually did the same thing to Beck this year as he won his grammy then told the crowd later that Beck needs to respect the "artistry" of other artists like Beyonce. Keep in mind Beyonce doesn't play an instrument, has 12-13 writers and producers for her album. Beck plays 12-13 instruments, writes and produces his own lyrics. Respect the artistry? Ummmmm, yeah!

"a hater's gon hate-hate-hate-shake it off-shake it off!"

here's an article from some sensitive idiot claiming this song is racist. you be the judge.

evolvo So this morning I clicked on my link to Beck's Bolero and sat and enjoyed it once again. Then I noticed that one of the Utube links that popped up was Clapton and Beck with a mention of Roy Buchanan. When I was in my early 20's and living in Wheaton, Md I used to go to the Crossroads in Bladensburg, Md and hear Roy and his band. I was really lucky to have heard him live!!
