TSCHEVY i am trying to stay with the tbi unit if possible or going to a big block tbi and a diffrent chip dont know on the headers yet. just a low budget project for me and the son. trying to find out his intrest and us do something together

Depends on rocker ratio, porting, intake and exhaust systems and other things about the details.

Generally a 350 with the LT4 HOT cam, 9.5 compression with 1.6 rockers, well ported Vortec heads, Edlebrock Performer RPM intake with a 750 Holley, and 1-3/4 inch long tube headers should pull in the range of 400 to 420 hp on an engine dyno.
