496CHEVY3100 1958 olds is the one I have ,it was factory and several aftermarket companys made them also.

I have one right here. This one I believe is a 59 Oldsmobile, but they were available in 58 and 59 in Buick, Olds, and Pontiac cars.





Here's an aftermarket version sold by Montgomery Wards in '65. This one locks into the dash with a key.

Dave57210 I seem to recall that those were also available aftermarket. There was a folding handle that you used to pull it out of the dash and to carry it to the beach etc.

OMG I remember this but can't place the car! CRAP, I remember the commercials! Damn, I can see the guy walking off in shorts onto the beach carrying the radio!

Hogg The retail price on a lot of the 2016 Honda headlight assemblies is $411. Only 3 dollars off.
