Crosley Welcome to Hotrodders...

You posted to a 10 yr old thread. Thanks for the information.

Also, it is a bad idea to post your phone number on open forums since spam bots will find it.

35 ford pickup

I have a 1935 11/2 ton that i am converting to a pickup. The cab, hood and grill shell is the same. The finders are 2 1/2 in. wider and do not role down as much as the 1/2 ton. The front of the fender is also different as it has a notch in it to set down over the bumper bracket. The frame is 5 in. wider on the 1/2 ton or car frame. The cab mountson the outside of the frame of the1 1/2 and on the top of the frame of the car frame. The frame is the same on the 35 36 37 38 39 40 car and 1/2ton pickup. You dont have to box the frame on the 1 1/2 as it is much bigger and thicker but you need to notch and c brace for therear to set down. I f you need more info you can call me at 573-718-6351 Stan.
