MARTINSR Thanks, one of my pet peeves are the people who make a big deal out of who has the "right" to post like we need to take a test to prove our knowledge or something. I have been blown away over the years at what I have learned in my profession by people who have very little experience. They come up with some interesting idea that I was blinded the trees, you know what I mean?

EVERYONE has something to offer at one time or another on every subject. If we don't hear what you have we may be missing out on some great idea!

MARTINSR You most certainly don't need to be "spot right on" with your information, that is what a discussion is for. People toss out different ideas, believe me if you are wrong someone is going to point it out. If you are certain about something, explain your position and leave it to the readers, that is all you can do. But I have found that usually there is a mixture of good and bad info and it gets worked out in the discussion. There are people who flip out over the incorrect information but we are humans after all, we have flaws. But to disuss a subject with a number of people and see all different views is where you LEARN if you ask me.

I have asked questions and gotten a bunch of different advice and then waded thru it and came up with what I thought was best, and in some cases some of it was tossed in the garbage, so be it.

Hang in there and participate, that is what is important.

I again came to the conclusion after seeing over 700 people viewing just the engine section that it is one hell of a responsibility to be spot on right in the advise I post.I knew from other forums that I have been on before that was the case.I just stuck me the other day when I saw that many people viewing the posts in the engine section. It's like giving a speech to a auditorium filled with people.
