I spoke with Dennis a couple hours ago and he's quite the Pro.
He's doing mine for me and it looks like Santa may come early this year.

I knew someone with a cast iron foundry here in town and I have a few club plaques cast in IRON out in my garage. The car club I was in twenty or so years ago got our plaques cast by O'Briens back then as I remember.

|wretched ratchet||Will do J.L. - - - I also just found out that my old classmate car buddy from High School days that still has his plaque was the designer and founding father of that particular club. This makes it even more important to get reproduced and hanging off the back of my Jimmy.|

That is cool WR. I knew O'Brian Truckers did a lot of those things but never dreamed the would do a one off project. If you follow through with it post a picture of the finished project.

Hot Rod/Car Club Plaques !
I'm sorry about starting a new thread on this topic but I couldn't find the other one where some of us had discussed Hot Rod Plaques. Anyhow, I had mentioned wanting to find someone to repro the old plaque from our 50s Car Club in the little East Texas town of Cleveland.
Well, low and behold I found someone and, not only does he reproduce them but, he has the original casting work from our Car Club that he purchased from a maker several years ago. Amazing huh?
The price to have just one done is a little high but still worth it at $55 and that includes shipping, painting and belt sanding the raised portion. The companies name is O'Brien Truckers and the gentleman that I have been corresponding with is Dennis.
I'm gonna order me one and when I get it I'll post up a pic.
